6. Memberships, Payments, and Access
The Website may offer free access, recurring Monthly Pro access, a one-time 30-Day Pro Pass, and permanent VIP access where enabled for a specific account. Free access may be subject to daily limits. Monthly Pro renews automatically until cancelled through the available PayPal controls or through PayPal. The 30-Day Pro Pass is charged once and does not renew automatically. VIP access is an account-level grant and is not purchased through the public checkout unless the Website expressly says otherwise.
Payments are processed by PayPal. The Website does not receive or store your full PayPal password or full payment-card number. We receive payment and subscription identifiers, status, amount, currency, and billing or expiry information needed to verify transactions, provide access, maintain records, and respond to disputes or fraud.
Access is granted only after server-side verification with PayPal. A browser redirect, button callback, or payment screen by itself is not proof of payment. We may delay, refuse, suspend, or remove paid access when a payment cannot be verified, is reversed, refunded, disputed, cancelled, suspended, expired, or associated with a different account.
You must not share, resell, transfer, or allow others to use your account or paid access. A shared chart link may make the selected chart publicly viewable; it does not transfer membership or grant access to the rest of the Picks page.
